I started in corporate, moved into remote work before it became the norm, and went on to work across startups, founder-led companies and my own businesses - in sales, funding, business development, partnerships, growth, strategy and consultancy.
For nearly three years, I worked inside a U.S.-based funding company where I helped generate millions in revenue, supported entrepreneurs in accessing millions more in business capital, and worked closely with founders on the strategy behind their growth - not just the funding itself.
Since then, I’ve helped people scale companies, rethink business models, sharpen sales and positioning, create partnership strategies, and make clearer decisions about where their money, time and energy should go.
I’ve also coached and advised 100+ entrepreneurs and professionals, while building businesses of my own and working internationally across Croatian, English and Spanish.
And one lesson has followed me through all of it:
You can give someone clarity, strategy and methodology - but if they don’t have the money to make money, too much of it stays theoretical.
The opposite is just as dangerous: money without clarity gets wasted.
